1. The client shall ensure that the vehicle will be kept under adequate security when not in use. The client is liable for vehicle theft.

2. Client shall maintain the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition.

3. Client shall not overload the vehicle so that it exceeds its gross vehicle mass as specified by the manufacturer and/or any specific applicable legislation; Not permit the vehicle to be used in breach of any law or regulation or the requirements of any local government or local authority.

4. Client is not permitted to use the vehicle for any illegal or hazardous purpose or by a person under the influence of alcohol or narcotics or suffering from a mental or physical disability, or for the unlawful transportation of goods, or persons for hire, or money laundering, or in any manner that would invalidate any policy relating to and impairing the safe operation of the vehicle.

5. Client shall bear the cost of replacing the damaged vehicle as a result of any of the reasons listed above. 

6. Client shall not without QUAZILLION’s prior written consent move the vehicle outside the geographical area of Ghana.

7. Client shall not sell, lease, lend, pledge, or otherwise alienate or encumber the vehicle or use the vehicle otherwise than in the ordinary course of the Client’s business.

8. At QUAZILLION’s request, deliver the vehicle for inspection to QUAZILLION or permit QUAZILLION or its representative to inspect the vehicle at such time and place as QUAZILLION may reasonably request from time to time.

9. Client shall not fit any accessories or make any further modifications to the vehicle without QUAZILLION’s prior written consent. 

10. Client shall not use the vehicle as a tow vehicle for the purpose of towing any other vehicle.

11. Vehicle shall only be driven by the person listed on the agreed lease and shall always possess a valid Ghanaian driver’s license while operating the vehicle.

12. Client shall bear the cost of any physical damage to the vehicle as a result of careless driving or bad driving terrain.

13. Client shall ensure the vehicle is dropped off at the agreed location upon completion of the lease with the vehicle keys handed over to Quazillion’s representative.
